2017_2018

The project concerns the renovation and expansion of a single house of the 60’s located in a residential area in Padua. The project made the ground floor habitable because originally it was used only like service and storage area; a large living area has been built with a mezzanine; important structural, plant and thermal insulation adjustments have been made which have led to a good energy classification.
